Meet the Founder
Salman is the founder of CVwala and Job Al Arab Pvt Ltd, with over 14 years in overseas recruitment and B2B partnerships. He is a two-time startup founder (Jobalarab.com and Wizgulfi.com) and the author of the book Gulf Master. Over his career he has personally helped place 2,000+ candidates in jobs across the Gulf.
A self-taught entrepreneur inspired by builders like the founder of Telegram — who prove that world-class products can be built by small, focused teams — Salman set out with one clear mission: to build the GCC's #1 recruitment brand.
And he's doing it by serving the people big companies overlook. While large platforms chase white-collar hiring, Salman built CVwala for the tailors, helpers, drivers, cleaners, warehouse and factory workers who are the backbone of the Gulf economy. He believes every one of them deserves a professional CV, honest guidance, and a fair shot at a better life abroad.
